mid-paced, fresh n funky electro gear on this eight track ep from swedish artist, obergman. all very nicely produced while maintaining the quirky factor throughout which results in an ep that gels perfectly from start to finish. having first appeared on luke eagoggles label stillenben earlier in 2012 abstract forms quickly got in on the action, and once again obergman doesnt disappoint, the funk is strong in sweden. limited to 250 copies.

bergwacht records shows up with its third release trends ep. for this project, the young imprint invite someone who is a real good producer for the worldwide techno scene and part of the cologne underground family as well: till krueger, who started his career 2010 with the well-known and featured wrong shirt ep on 200 recordsand is an important exclusive part of wir networks international artist rosterby now. he currently gets attention for his motor city ep and full support ep. as you see, bergwachts family story goes on.

further collaborations are also on the horizon, with a return to making music with friend and cohort ricardo villalobos as butric with the two figures being anything but generic, it promises to be another feet twitching, brain melting escapade in butchs musical ride.

following the success of dominik eulberg and gabriel anandas the space between us, in november 2013 on traum the duo has been in the studio to chuck out another piece of music which has again so little in common with post minimal dance music of now.

the >baumgartner< release marks the third solo ep by van bonn after his >maserung/schwerpunkt< and >onwards< on telrae in 2012. so it was high time for another solo release with him. his new track is again a timeless classic, gracefully flowing without much of an interruption, it is his most melodic release up until now. the track is nevertheless very much detached in style from what van bonn has released solo and together with stefan gubatz on telrae. the track is at ease and at the same time connects to a feeling of melancholy. marko fürstenberg wrote the remix on the flip side transforming the original into a tight and bass heavy dub track. marko breaks with the flow of the original and creates a much more rigorous dance flloor rocker that introduces one element after the other. this is not for the weak and for bass lovers only!
