with the coming of the 80s and a whole host of new musical movements, four kids from the toronto suburb of burlington rose through the emerging newwave scene to go onto international success as 'the spoons'. their first album in 1980 was an instant success across college radio and with their 2nd album released in 1982 came international exposure, mainstream radio play
