Vancouver-based production duo Potatohead People team up with longtime friend and collaborator Slippery Elm on the debut release from their new label, Mysterybox Records. Known for their smooth blend of jazz, soul, and hip-hop, Potatohead People have worked with legendary artists like Kaytranada, De La Soul, Redman, Phife Dawg, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Illa J, and T3 of Slum Village. Slippery Elm, a founding member of the jazzy hip-hop collective Elekwent Folk, has long been a fixture in Vancouver's underground scene, sharing stages with influential acts such as Digital Underground, Digable Planets, Shabazz Palaces, Moka Only, and Saul Williams.
