Taking some altitude on their previous title Astronaute, french rap duo from Nantes Pumpkin & Vin’s Da Cuero are now aiming the extreme depths of the ocean with their 3rd album titled Abysses Repetita. Eleven new tracks, composed, written and recorded by the duo itself in their home studio during the confinement in France. For the first time in their career, there are no MCs featurings but Bastien Burger played some bass and guitar while DJ Odilon delivered mad scratches. Already featured on Astronaut, this record sees guest performances of jazzman Médéric Collignon (cornet and beatbox), Sami Fatih on violin and singer Eva Ménard. Despite the uncertainty due to this strange period, Mentalow Music took the decision to release the record in 2020.
