Grain Remixes !! Ashworth s Grain LP captured the imagination of many in the music world on its release last year. After releasing two original EP s from the album we get an excellent remix package from three leading lights in electronic music. What better way to wrap up his debut with Needwant. The EP serves up three very different remixes all for a different occasion and mood. The ever reliable Dorisbourg, who remains one half of the lauded Genius of Time, takes a laidback Electronica approach but with Techno at it s heart. Newcomer Kris Davis and Yost keep the original feel of Cork but provide a sensual but progressive vibe. While Simon Haydo drives all the way to the end with his remix of Fireworks. Great production on show across the EP for the emerging producer Ashworth.
