Fresh from his tour around the globe alongside Damian Lazarus on the 10 Years Of Crosstown World Tour. Subb-an has also been playing at the likes on Panorama Bar and DC10. He too is working on a single and album which is due to be released on Crosstown soon
A benchmark release for the label and a very personal one indeed, One Records bring you the ‘Mr. Justin Case EP’ a tribute to special friend, Dunc a.k.a Justin Case who played a major role as resident and in the history of Adam’s notorious Sunday day party - Below in Birmingham. Both label heads have stepped in to make this a special one with Adam delivering his first full release on the imprint. The beautifully compelling ‘Mirrors’ on the A-side features the infectious vocals of rising star Francesca Lombardo with her vox floating effortlessly throughout the rolling grooves, expressing life being the mirror of our soul. Subb-an picks things up on the flip and aims things straight at the floor with his signature ‘Terrace Mix’. Be sure to grab your copy quick as there will be limited pressings of the vinyl with a limited pull out insert artwork.
Well known as being one of the best resident DJs in the UK at his party Below and a complete connoisseur when it comes to quality house music and collecting vinyl, Adam Shelton has also really been making his way as a producer and highly demanded remixer in the past year with releases on Haus Wax, Dame Music and Back To You Records. Remixes have been on One Records, Visionquest, Surface, Turquoise Blue and upcoming on Siesta.
Apart from running his party Below, Adam has also been focusing on his One Records label parties at the likes of fabric, Watergate, Off Sonar, Bob Beaman and Showcase Paris.
Using her vocals exclusively for her own music, Crosstown Rebel queen Francesca Lombardo makes a special appearance on ‘Mirrors’. Impressing us all with her quality productions Francesca is also working on a new single and debut album for Crosstown Rebels.
