“Jefferson ‘n Chillow - Muddy grounds” is the second part of the ‘n Chillow series, where Belgium producer/beatmaker/dj Chillow Collaborates with national and international artists. This time he went in studio with Soul singer Jeffrey Jefferson whois been a friend for over a decade. Chillow his Hiphop background and Jefferson his smooth voice and jazzy chords seem to match perfectly together Jeffrey and Chillow go way back. They knew eachother since they where kids. Jefferson aka Gringo (who already featured in the first part of the series named the “Reap ‘n Chillow- NY2BE” album) was a Bboy/Mc. Chillow a skateboarder/beatmaker.



They connected cause they shared the same passion for music. Back in the days “Jefferson” was more into Rap than singing. Since they shared the same passion they started working together. In the meantime Jefferson started a Band named Soulrock avenue where he started experimenting with his singing. The music started to evolve from Hiphop to new soul music. It seemed obvious the second album of the series had to be something with Jefferson. They started with the intention just to make an album but grew out to form a band as well.
