Vocal duties are supplied by Rosie Blair, known to some as vocalist for Moon Unit,and one half of the duo Boy of Girl with Paul Mogg (formerly of the Psychonauts).The song steps a fine line between electro, synth pop and the electro/ acoustic dualism of Wide Boy Awake.
Side A starts off with Be Loved Slow version wich is exclusive for the Vinyl release. The second track is Andreas Esu’s Dub mix wich turns the original into his trademark percussion driven house cut up, with a dancefloor calibrated piano breakdown. On the Flip Side it is Daniel Avery’s turn to offer something much colder in aesthetic: 4x4 with bleepy arpeggio’s and cold wave saw waves. The single will also be presented with a new, Headman directed video piece.
