The Embassy are far too often overlooked in the UK. They more or less engineered the Goeteborg scene, and have been hugely important in shaping the Swedish independent music landscape over the past 10 years. Their influence is second to none. So, to help those who havent been paying attention to catch up, Fredrik Lindson and Torbjoern HŒkansson have announced a retrospective release, Life In the Trenches, The Other Side of 2001-2011. The album compiles a bunch of rarities from the duos career, among them b-sides and previously unreleased tracks.
