after the frenzy heat of miami, quantize keeps the fire coming with this release. neil pierce scorches the spring with a soulful groover that sizzles in lyrics & production. neil is on fire and on this release he teams with mike patos to re-introduce/re-produce a classic from mtume. seldom do you hear live bass (john turner) on dance records, and you will appreciate the authentic musical production in this. when you add in vanessa freemans effortless performance on this with vocals that demonstrate that she is the perfect vocalist to re-sing a classic, you are ready she sings of desire and of love with soulful class and delivery.

quantized goes deeper and hosts another young but already well known producer from greece called kreon, one of the most talented guys around the last years. at his 25 years old markos spanoudakis is already considered as a top-notch producer! he has released music on labels such as resopal, cecille, be chosen, robsoul, ... the present ep has 3 tracks, two original works from markos and a remix from michai popoviciu (highgrade, vukohila, level non zero). this is also the first time that quantized offers a special white-coloured vinyl.

after the previous successful lemos release, quantized music hosts for the 1st time greek veteran dj/producer, thodoris triantafillou. his >suspicious behavior< release on the greek label rhythmetic earlier this year was a big success. he has also released material on souvenir and genowefa among others. thodoris is also one half of the minimal techno act novox, known for releases on labels such as ware, safari electronique, resopal and balkon, just to name a few. this ep contains two original tracks from thodoris plus two remixes from french dj / producer dj w!ld (catwash / robsoul / adult only).

quantized music is back with its 3rd vinyl release! the athenian - based techno / house label welcomes greek wonder boy, george lemos (cecille, resopal, be chosen etc.) for 2 tracks full of wonderful melodies and intelligent tech house rhythms. >na funky kotes< is a weird melodic cut, with driving beats and the clarinet of george on top, full of uplifting pads and repetitive loops. totally lemos! >some groove< is a funky number with funny bleeps, soulful / jazzy keys and groovy feeling. together comes a remix from berlins new favourite guy, swiss- born, david keno (morris audio, kindisch, keno music) on >na funky kotes<. his approach is more minimal and raw, retaining the core of the original track, being groovy and melodic.
