solar and brother nebula surf the event horizon on s.i.s., with chicago’s savile and the brother on remix duty.

the vision is a boat caught in a cyclone, with mermaid choirs and sea creatures all around. in the end, they drowned and floated up from the bottom.

legwork 5 comes from berlin-based bad boy kenneth scott. tonight is a slow building affair with a heavy bass line that weaves its way into your consciousness before opening up for all-out psychological warfare. on the flip the legwork guys speed up the tempo and add steady drum work to give the main loop its just deserts.

the fourth installment in the legwork records saga sees label heads lance desardi & leopold come together under the artist moniker legwork. for their first outing under the name they start with buck shot, a techno-soul chugger featuring a remix by the futurist himself, matrixxman. on the flip, the boys go in for a straight-ahead killer with mean 2 me and a more musical version of the same tune, key 2 me.

the 3rd outing from legwork comes from one of our label heads in lance desardi and singer/song writter jesse rennix. this ones been a long time in the making, but the final product is well worth the blood, sweat and tears. with a heavy nod to prescription records and the 1st & 2nd wave detriot pioneers, emotion is the order of the day. not much else to say, other than see for yourself. the heavens await
