into the light s offering for this summer is a special maxi single by d.e., the early 90s dance project of greek composer akis! a side includes the lost aegean club hit giant step while b side features it’s crazy demo take counterpart!

after “la légende d’eer” in 2016, the perihel series presents one of the milestones of electroacoustic music: iannis xenakis’ mindblowing 54-minutes oeuvre “persepolis”, mixed from the original 8 track tapes by martin wurmnest and mastered / cut by rashad becker.

the entrance into a borderless landscape, the ambiguity of the main character, the warped signifiers, the sound image dissolving. one track, 13:50 of sonics, pressed in a single sided piece of vinyl and housed in a handmade silk screen printed cover.

into the light brings out a splendid assemblage of 17 tracks of mostly previously unheard material by athens based composer akis daoutis (akis) most of them recorded in his hometown and in usa where he was studying in the mid-eighties.

release 2 in the perihel series is one of the most famous electroacoustic compositions by iannis xenakis. mixed by martin wurmnest, mastered & cut by rashad becker, la legende d eer is available as vinyl (180gr, dl code, insert with liner notes by reinhold friedl) and download for the very first time.

for the fourth installment in into the lights journey into greek electronic music, we find ourselves transferred to pireus, home place of ambient music composer dimitris petsetakis. with the exception of only one track, endless lp is a collection of previously unreleased material that has remained in petsetakis basement studio for almost 30 years now.

into the light records continue to shine light on the undiscovered heritage of greek electronic music, highlighting the work of prolific greek composer george theodorakis on the labels third archival release. the rules of the game features mostly unreleased studio recordings theodorakis made between 1978 and 1996, with the addition of selected material taken from his sought-after margo and sima lps

*sundog* by french producer johannes regnier was a massive but bloody underrated track this summer - when i heard it recently at the innervisions-party on the berghain-floor i felt confirmed about this dudes big potential. meanwhile he moved from paris to berlin and his first studio in town was located in a street called wiesenweg. there johannes met alexander antonakis, an excellent and well known dj from frankfurt for some sessions - the result you can hear on this *wiesenweg ep*.
