dave aju, alland byallo, kenneth scott and marc smith joined together as kamm, resulting in a mini-album called kick drunk love for marcel vogel s amsterdam based label intimate friends.idescribed in a press release as being influenced by the artists love of early 90s mowax era laid-back beats, it features barrite on lead vocals (with byallo and scott also contributing vocals), smith on guitar, byallo on trumpet and scott on moog synth. theres a couple guest appearances as well: damian schwartz plays some bass on-sidewalks and eureka provides a hell of a vacuum rev on stage left.

a new great piece of music is coming on the macadam mambo imprint, introducing the london new comer george kamm, met last year during albions camp cosmic festival. reinforcing the way things happen since the beginning on mm, george has selected and adjusted 4 cuts of weirdo synth-pop, alternating dance floor killers and experimental nuggets. no need to say that its again high digging level, and extremely well done edits. limited edition.

lirum larum is a brand new joint of >efdemin< and >rndm< who are better known as >pigon< when they team-up in the studio or behind the decks. always riding the thin line between house and techno with a twist for the obscure they decided to have their own imprint from now on. lirum larum will publish music of their own project, from friends and other partners in crime. in that regard the first release is the perfect prototype of what can be expected in the future. the 1st release features a composition of their own in two mindblowing interpreations. no other than >function< (dave sumner of the splendid sandwell collective) and >tobias.< (who released a totally underrated outstanding album in ostgut last year!) provide their interpretations of pigons track >kamm< (originally released on beatstreet in 2008).
