leipzig’s qy join r.a.n.d. muzik recordings with two deep and classy cuts pressed on 10 inch record with full cover artwork. a1 a club ready, bass heavy stomper with plenty of percussion work that always manages to maintain it’s composure. b2 is a deep and warm and dubby with plenty of swing to keep you moving.

qy are finally returning to their mothership with three tracks that immediately will take control of your hidden daydreams.

qy live in the western part of leipzig which is dominated by industrial architecture from the past. some of the tracks created here were released on the blank slate (2013) and ortloff (2013, 2014). shortly, an e. p. will expand their catalog, released on the u.s. label roundabout sounds. in addition to new productions qy are currently working on a system based solely on hardware live set.

kann selected another proper * family horror* 8 track compilation with both renowned and new faces, after the first edition saw the day of light in 2011. check out the range that represents their own vision of spacey house & deeper techno nowadays. for this reissued family celebration the following relatives joined the stock: pablo mateo from hot burning lack rec., knutsson / berg - a sweet swedish collaboration of hans berg and johanna knutsson, llewellyn aka lake people, hiver from curle recordings fame and more of the label’s local connections such as perm the analog prince, falke, qy and alkohole.
