we are proud to announce our second release, >there s a way back<, the new ep from london based producer graphics, backed with a remix from getme!s very own dam mantle.
oxford/london/leeds based newcomer graphics is responsible for the first release on the long gestated granholme label. brian eno was once quoted as >not wanting to contribute to the glut of cds< in the world. granholmes ambitions as a label are modest, but if we can do anything to detract from the glut of painfully beige electronic music available in 2011 then that will be considered a small victory.
the power of youth is being felt all around the world right now, as dictators fall and governments wobble in the face of youngsters fighting against apparently dark futures. here, shifting peaks harnesses some of that energy for a split 12 inch double header from two of the most promising young producers around. two young producers, 4 tracks, a world to win. keep the fires burning brother and sisters!
