it has always been the great artist duos that really turned the wheels of cultural history: ying and yang, laurel and hardy, siegfried and roy. the latters connection to animal trainer definitely cant be denied. while siegfried and roy might be taming white tigers though, animal trainer are specialising in vinyl and the dancing crowd.

both children of the illustrious nightlife of trend capital zurich, adrian flavor and samy jackson - better know as animal trainer - made a name for themselves with their rakete parties, held mostly at their home base, the chic hive club. as dedicated music lovers and passionate entertainers, it was a natural progression for the duo to channel their constant appetite for music and endless parties into their own sounds.

animal knights - creating something new by coupling the established! pique on the a-side is pure dancefloor-kerosine and an archetypal peaktime-hit. the elegiac kalmuck on the flip takes it from a rather gentle approach and is impressed by a catchy melody followed by guitar and singing passages. both tracks share the same amount of animal trainer and round table knights styles without any doubt

another piece of swissness here! long anticipated and finally here. animal trainers new ep for their very own piece of gold: hive audio. sure they were also featured on the 6 years hive compilation, made several quality remixes & released on labels such as pokerflat or stil vor talent, but its still special to present your music on the self-made label. besides 3 originals there is another very talented producer to find on this record. &me delivers like everytime. it looks like he started where the 2 guys from zurich finished. a lot of energy which comes together in a very strong beat which makes this one a dancefloor-thing for sure.

over the course of the past ten years, stil vor talent has striven to support emerging young artists, to continuously broaden and redefine its sound, and, ultimately, to create lasting memories, both on and off the dance floor. the dance floor is the place where we gather to leave the worries of our everyday lives behind, and, for those few moments, form a bond, which transcends the final track of the night. a bond between each other between the artist and the dancer, between ourselves and the music. on 10 years stil vor talent we celebrate this bond and say thank you.
