three tracks of darkness and mashup jungle by sumone aka sum. sumone has been releasing since 2004 on various well known jungle labels like junglexpeditions, mosh-hi records, aural carnage recordings, sprengstoff recordings, planet mu, alphacut records, destroy oh boy and many others.

the first release from the label bm founded by takasi nakajima who is known by the release from indigo area and the activity of different world with claude young. the ep conpiles the tracks from takuya matsumoto who is known by the release from royal oak, fina, cosmic blue, meda fury and r&s.

the second release from spazio records is a transatlantic affair. made by the dynamic duo zopelar from sao paulo in brazil and sumorai from the southern part of sweden. the tracks are the fruits from jams made behind hotel walls in tokyo. deep, raw and sticky-icky.

japanese producer takuya matsumoto first surfaced back in 2001 on a split release with compatriot kouji nagahashi (seek out the rubicon) but its more recently hes been getting the attention his classy house productions deserve.

after more than 3 years as a prolific underground promoter in southern sweden, spazio social club now branches out into spazio records. focusing on the grainier strains of house and techno without limiting themselves to any genre, the label is dedicated to putting out both local swedish talents and international producers on limited runs of vinyls. the first release, bubbla ep, features three winding house tracks by debutant sumorai.

obscure japanese house release from 2010 that was pressed in a small batch and sold out soon on the japanese market. the funk drenched, jazz injected tracks slowly went from mouth to mouth over the last 2 years creating demand for a proper release that reaches more corners of the world! excellent release produced by this japanese producer from tokyo, manufactured in detroit (archer)

boka records hit release number 30 and they have delved deep into the dubstep archives on this one. innasekts >cluster< has been around on dubplate for well over a year now with the dubstep heads still demading its release, its finally here! this one packs a punch, ultra deep and heavy basslines with innasekts signature technological atmospheres. backed with their remix of sumones (planet mu) track >zombie<, a voyage into deep and atmospheric drumstep. its been a while since innasekts releases on rottun recordings and the rumour is this could be their final release under this name. dj support coming from the likes of scuba, faib, bunzer0, matt-u, moldy & truth.

this is the 3rd release from 2 of the panorama bars ever charismatic residents, tama sumo & prosumer. after one ep already for the label, and a split on diamonds & pearls, this next trip sees the pair journey further into classic analogue territories, and including a wild, rough and direct remix from detroits the oliverwho factory.

sumo continues to explore new grounds with their latest release that will be a surprise to many. thats erotic is on a midtempo tip, featuring old school beats and percussion alongside electrofied keys and a sexy female vocal courtesy of ayesha. gravity is on an uptempo tip, keeping the beats dirty and keys on a techy level, while ayesha adds the sexiness to the track with her vocals. both tracks are featured in vocal and dub versions, inviting you to play around with them.

sumo is a duo from geneva founded in 1999 by brothers fred and alex sumi. both played the piano when they were kids before they embraced freestyle-bmx. while they were riding, the ghettoblaster used to blast out punk hardcore or hip hop. in the 90’s, they moved quite naturally into music, playing bass and guitar in their originated funk band, swiss cheese connection. from 2000 to 2004, they have released on their own chiz recordslabel 4 vinyl ep s, supported by the press and djs like gilles peterson, jazzanova or luke solomon. in 2003, sumo makes its debut on yoshitoshi, label of grammy award winner duo djs deep dish, with the single >yes we will< which is played by top dj s like digweed, pete tong or paul oakenfold.

vinyl edition (7x12inch) is limited to 1500 copies ww!!! ostgut ton releases this unique compilation of music crafted from field recordings made inside the two berlin clubs berghain and panorama bar. the concept and original recordings were made by the berlin based producer emika. over a period of two months emika created the recordings in the clubs while they were closed to the public and edited them into a library of sounds. the library was then given to all the ostgut ton artists, but also to club associates like dj pete aka substance, dinky, cassy, margaret dygas, ryan elliott and scuba using his scb alias, to make music with. this release marks the celebration of the labels five year anniversary!!
