The new Leena welcomes an artist who rise through the ranks of the DJ elite has been swift, purposeful and striking. Starting out as a promoter and label manager, Nicole Moudaber booked huge acts for her Soundworx nights at Londons legendary Turnmills club alongside running Southeast Recordings, but it wasnt long before she started to produce herself. Flawlessly carving out her very own edgy house and tough, soulful techno sound, her music was instantly picked up by the worlds leading tastemakers including Carl Cox, John Digweed and Pete Tong. A residency in Ibiza playing alongside Carl Cox at his weekly night followed, as well as requests for guest mixes on both his and John Digweeds internationally syndicated radio shows. Her releases have received just as much praise as her DJ performances.
