The Track Bandits series continues with legendary US house music producers diggin through the crates and adding new life, to lost forgotten disco/funk tracks, from the 1970s and 1980s US underground. The TBs this time dig that lil bit deeper to provide two more disco classics, cut up, extended and re arranged in an old skool re edit style especially for the dancefloor. First up we have the genius that is Curtis Mayfield with What Is My Woman For, taken from the 1979 album Heartbeat on RSO Records US. The track gets the Track Bandits treatment turning it into a cosmic disco/boogie gem, whilst the flip sees Lenny Williams with Please Dont Tempt Me originally released on 12 in 1977 on ABC Records US. The track also appears on the album Choosing You released in the same year on ABC. This again gets the old skool edit treatment with the dancefloor in mind, making this another essential release by the Track Bandits
