The Occhiolism EP presents four equally impressive and totally varied cuts from our man - ‘The Subject’ an atmospheric and loopy house affair with snappy snares and bubbling bass wobbles. ‘Anxiety Society’ is more of a raw and aggressive floor slayer, primed for peak time damage with its firing percussion and unrelenting kick, bass and snare axis. ‘Your Name of Choice’ channels some classic two steps breaks for its rhythmic blueprint, while adding layers of cut up vocals, synths and effects. Last but by no means least, ‘Stanza 103′ is a straight up banger that builds from a sick techno pulse and mutates into something altogether more groove orientated via intricate drum programming and evolving pads that evoke Detroit’s legends. All in all, Kindimmer offers us an amazing glimpse into his sonic world - and a must have piece of wax.
