In his biography, Arjuna Schiks is described as a producer with an ability to bring the human out of the machine, unleashing our emotions. After listening to Doha , we were affected in the same way. Simply put, his music makes us feel good. Melodic accents and danceable rhythms blend in purposeful unison, and it is with the Doha EP that Arjuna will join WIR. He has appeared on Gem Records, Manual Music, Traum, and Trapez, with original EPs, and has recently graced a number of labels with remixes, leaving his signature on each EP. His production output is impressive, and like most greats, his sound continues to grow and develop with each studio session. Arjuna resides in Amsterdam, where he has developed a distinct and solid sound, and a loyal fan base. He performs live close to every weekend all over Holland. We invited Arjuna to come and perform as the special guest at our Treibstoff 14.5 year anniversary party for his first ever performance on German soil. His set was received with smiling faces and hands in the air, coming from the brimming dance floor of Colognes Gewölbe, a warm welcome to say the least. We had the pleasure of spending some time together after the event, and his character is just like his music. He is a cheerful and passionate person with a bright sense of humor and we are elated to welcome him to WIR. Keep your ears open, for there is more to come..
