Nicole Moudaber booked huge acts for her Soundworx nights at Londons legendary Turnmills club alongside running Southeast Recordings. but it wasnt long before she started to produce herself. Flawlessly carving out her very own edgy house and tough. soulful techno sound. her music was instantly picked up by the worlds leading tastemakers including Carl Cox. John Digweed and Pete Tong. A residency in Ibiza playing alongside Carl Cox at his weekly night followed. as well as requests for guest mixes on both his and John Digweeds internationally syndicated radio shows. Her releases have received just as much praise as her DJ performances. Contents of My Head was featured on the prestigious 15 Years of Drumcode compilation in 2011 and her remix of Carl Coxs Chemistry on Intec spent weeks at the top of the Beatport Techno chart. Coming soon on Leena. "Hair" presents exactly what Nicole Moudaber is about in full flair and will work the floor just as she does when shes playing. Both tracks A1 Hair and B1 Let Go will easily set one of the main rooms in Ibiza alight. where she will most probably be for many seasons to come!

The >Drop the mask of self protection< remix of Dominik Eulberg is a bit of an adventure! Unlike his >Diorama< album and maybe because of its elaborate musical challenge. he has taken a time-out to create a serious club format in the true Eulberg style witnessed on Trapez in the past. So what does that really mean for this track? Well this remix kicks off a bit of an relaxed percussive and deep house groove and undergoes in its course quite an explosive transformation! With a lot of skill and finesse Mr Eulberg pulls the strings with accuracy and makes the transfer of what unfolds to be a heavy big pounding techno rocker! Thumbs up this is superb and Eulberg at his best.

[06.02.2012] After I heard Enol s beautiful track White Mango on Initial Cut. I felt the need to reach out. I had a long and friendly conversation with Matthieu (Enola) about our musical background and agreed on the fact that we both have a weakness for pop music and early Detroit Techno. and quickly came to the conclusion that something with a little Pop would be perfect for the label. Enola came to us with >Slow Motion< featuring the vocals of Will Caulfield. Its something different for Enola. and something different for us. Deep Techno Pop. perfect for 5am! Enola is the new project of French DJ Matthieu Monnin. who used to be part of the techno outfit Noirdegout. Matthieu now works on his own. finding his niche in melodious techno. taking inspiration from the sounds of the nineties. He has done work with the likes of Rodriguez Jr. Anoraak. and Arno Gonzalez. and now he joins Correspondant with >Slow Motion<. On the flip side. Nhar. the other half of Correspondant turns the darkness into light with for me. his best remix to date. If the original is for 5am. Nhars remix is for 5pm. when the sun still shines and its warmth still remains.
