this is the first volume in a series of release showcasing the analog hardware experiments of michigan-raised, new jersey raised michael alan rogers aka personator. running the gamut from raw, springy machine rhythms propelling the snarls of modular synths to softly pulsating white noise adorned with lullaby-like melodies, two of the tracks were recordded straight to dat in the artists studio, while a third was recorded live at a late night loft party in chinatown. perfect for fans of hieroglyphic being, jahiliyya fields, nation, trilogy tapes, etc

dent may recorded >fun< and >wedding day< at hits inc., his home studio at the infamous cats purring dude ranch in oxford, mississippi. expanding upon the smooth pop sound he introduced on last years >that feeling / eastover wives< single on forest family, dent ditches his ukulele in favor of cosmic synths, funky guitars, analog drum machines, loopy bass lines, and massive vocal harmonies. this is his second release on paw tracks, who put out his debut lp the good feeling music of dent may and his magnificent ukulele in 2009.
the 7 inch will be pressed on clear vinyl in a limited edition of 700 records.

and here it is, the stunning result of their jammin studio sessions: >tracks from the lab part 2<! this time we have three fantastic märtini brösers pressed on this high-end vinyl. the joy starts with sid on the a-side. playing around with their chemical kit, some friends of the brös claimed to have made a groundbreaking discovery. they found sid as a substitute for lsd /acid. the brös worked out the acid very well in this track. warm regards to dr. hofmann. the b-side serves two more unique tidbits !
