after he caught our attention several times with a string of releases on such labels as quintessentials for example, we are very happy to introduce skipson as a new artist on our label. his influences can be found somewhere between labels like classic or music for freaks for example. these influences combined with a great passion for detroit house from the likes of kdj or andres create the very own skipson sound that we like so much and that always shows his ability to add something unique to his productions.
chupacabra is the new project of arno voelker and miguel ayala (known from precision & art of rollin). during their work at the freebase record shop both have developed a strong passion for house music and so they started releasing in that genre as well. here comes the first 3 tracker on raummusik with finest deep minimal techhouse and a federico molinari remix
lee burton is the next artist on raum musik and this is his first single for our label. lee is hailing from greece and we were quite happy to receive some demo tracks of him, as he caught our attention already a while ago. his productions are more house related, but always with a nice, modern twist. his powerful sound and also his very well structured sound design could easily be described as his signature and it s definitely worth keeping an eye on him.
labelowner dorian paic is teaming up with his good friend felipe valenzuela from chile. since more than a year they are producing and collecting tracks for their ep and came up with these two minimalistic house grooves. the title track of the ep -almost there- get s a nice rework by michael melchner.
julien bracht kommt aus frankfurt am main und hat vor kurzem begonnen seine ersten produktionen zu veröffentlichen. seit frühester kindheit interessiert er sich jedoch für drums und live percussion und wenn man eines seiner live sets verfolgt wird man schnell merken, dass er diese fähigkeiten auch gekonnt nutzt indem er eine bandbreite verschiedener live drums in seine live sets integriert. die a seite >taiko< sorgte auf der timewarp im märz bereits für einigen trubel und wir sind sicher, dass man von julien in zukunft noch einiges an spannenden sounds und rhythmen hören wird. watch out
