pulse one aka emanuel peralta, a young dj and music producer from buenos aires, argentina. he comes back with his second release on fullpanda records with his unique signature full of melodic textures and syncopated rhythms, that will take you on an emotional music journey. artist in his words : influenced by the music of artist like regis, surgeon, oscar mulero, jeff mills and others, this artists began to develop electronic music production since late 2011. studying contemporary music production such as the use of synthesizers and drumachines, also new musical structures and experimental,without forget the importance of classical music theory, pulse one represents his vision of contemporary dance music. whether dj and as a producer, their purpose in clubs is to create full moments of euphoria and madness in dance-floor thru a mystic music trip.

tribal pulse is 5 years old, and we re celebrating with a special series of vinyl and compilation releases, and parties in some really insane locations, including a unique birthday celebration in the beautiful highlands of scotland. first up we have boom merchant s i see the future available on 180g vinyl and containing contributions from italian slammin techno kingpin johnny kaos and maltese 303 sniper acidulant. the title track is a morphing, energetic futurist techno cut. a powerful, bass-driven groove works alongside complex analogue percussion sequencing and growling distortion before detroit-style chords and atmospherics move in to take you higher, before slamming you back into the dark groove once again. this one is a real bomb waiting to go off. for sub mission boom merchant combines forces once again with johnny kaos, and in keeping with the theme of the ep, the results are dark, distorted and full of flavor. the track roars through lashings of sub and relentless machine bleeps, drums and noises, jumping in and out of breakbeats with a monster reese bass chasing you down from start to finish. to round off the ep, acidulant does what he does best, stripping the original back to its bare elements, looping the vocal and creating a roland-heavy roller full of squelchy goodness. we see the future, and we are bringing it to you on wax. we hope these tracks put a smile on your face.

the pulse projects is the moniker of albert van abbes electro-focused venture. his forthcoming release on patron records leans heavily on the gritty and murky sound that we know from the versed producer/dj, who has been around for quite some time now. soon to be is a forceful four-track ep that includes a lot of weighty patterns, compelling soundscapes and some wobbly acid-flecked grooves. but most of all, the ep demonstrates how effective, yet meaningful distorted kicks and breakbeats can be.

a much welcomed reissue of the 1978 idris muhammad gem boogie to the top. released a year after, arguably, idris most well-known anthem, could heaven ever be like this the similarities in style and composition are clear. expertly produced, rich instrumentation, expansive drum fills, gospel tinged full-bodied vocals, all the while epic and life affirming in it s nature - what more could you want? young pulse steps up on the b-side, to add his own subtle touches and tweaks to the original. looping the guitar and echoing out the vocals whilst working in more of the synth lines. the addition of a crisp clap and extra percussion add an element more vibrancy into this mix, keeping the original feel intact whilst revitalising it for 2018.

2016 has been a very fruitful year for krill music. the habitat series places focus on shedding light on budding new talents and seasoned veterans alike through solitary tracks. the year kicked off with an ep from those that fall into the latter category - those of whom need little introduction, in stanislav tolkachev, i/y, +platfform and stefan vincent. throughout the course of the year, we then saw the likes of matrixxman, ilario alicante and mental resonance contribute to the now infamous concatenation.
