back in the day, when i discovered the music from reggie dokes and the psychostasia label i felt something similar as when i listened for the first time the music from lil louis at the end of the 80s. i mean... is this music really house? it must be because all the good househeads play and respect his stuff... perhaps just for that different and unique way of make house...
nice price deal !!! bristol producer gemmy is one of a new generation of producers alongside joker and guido nicknamed the purple trinity and celebrated for their innovative sound.
another show stopper from french outfitles umins. its all about the remixes on this dope three tracker, as home and garden kick things off with a tough, synth heavy retro 80s mix thats a totally new sound for these boys. on the flip brett johnson shows why hes the man, killing the floor with a truly bugged out take on the original thats just got prime time madness written all over it. sounds like a bit of plastikmans spastik in there! icon on point with an essential underground release.
techno-bridges to the continent. in the spotlight of sender085.2, we have misc. and matt john with two outstanding new tracks. besides, label holder and founder benno blome can be heard with tigerskin once again and a new member called shap is joining the scene
as a point of no return is referred in different contexts the date from which a return to the starting point is no longer possible. johnny ds oslo 014 confirms this with a truly musical climax. johnny d. presents after his hit >orbitalife< last year >point of no return<- a house track, which again emphasise the special feeling of that producer to tremble the dancefloor. here re playful vocals and a sexy groove on the program. also gardaness on the b side is a title not to be sneezed at. the nearly nine- minute tool is characterized by the impulsive bass line, which is highlighted by atmospheric vocals.
we are proud to present manuscript records, hailing from the ukraine and run by vincent inc. it is a renowned deep-house label that is very well respected by those that know as you can see from these dj reactions!
s johnny k is the disguise of a well known producer that makes his (or is it her?) debut to ec, the long running label of michel de hey. >if< is a club stormer that is the most requested record out of michels dj-set in the past months. it comes with a remix from egbert, not a stranger at all to the close followers of ec records. >0.506127< is hidden on the a2, but is maybe even better. what an amazing ep!
sometimes a track is so hot it just has to come back around again. about ten years ago brett johnson and dave barker (stucco homes) wrote some unbelievably catching house tunes, one of them being temptation and lies. so it just seemed right to give this track yet another life. deadbeat and mike shannon dive deep into a stripped down techno groover, removing the constant use of the vocals and creating a rolling techno dub version. some seriously deep bass in the production that works the subs in all the right places. ernesto ferreyra and guillaume coutu dumont aka chic miniature give you a playful melodic version on the flip. full use of the original chord progressions, combined with the guys signature marimba/latin percussion leaving you with a lush, warm summer hit. then brett dives into the track again giving you the oohs and ahhs mix. a ten minutes work out with bjs patented groove focused on the vocal harmonies in the original. the result is a warped, spaced out, long player that is sure to twist a few heads. mental just about sums it up. of course we had to include the original masterpiece for those who didnt find it the first time round. a favorite of everyone involved on the remix project i think youll agree that the temptation and lies cynosure mixes do the original some justice.
already support by gel abril, someone else, markus wesen, sebastian roya, benno blome, dandi & ugo, paul mendez, gennaro mastrantonio !! great!!! the official johnny dangerous - beat that bitch 2009 remixes by frequenza!!! this time alex d elias imprint takes the license from king street sounds for the famous anthem >beat that bitch< by johnny dangerous! including amazing reinterpretations by andrea doria, alex d elia, da lukas and nihil young. amazing, really

incl remixes by marek hemmann and till von sein !! dirt crew, martin eyerer.. right at the point where everyone stopped believing that the label owners themselves would do a release on baalsaal,it comes flying right around the corner! finally at catalogue number 009 chopstick & johnjon decide to put their best horse into the race and team up with no other than fritz kalkbrenner - the voice behind the early summer anthem >sky and sand< with his brother paul kalkbrenner. the beat of the original mix bounces from the first minute on, supporting the chords and the bassline while they work their changes. at the point when fritz starts the first verse you get this feeling... this is gonna be special - and indeed it will be... the catchy chorus and the beauty of everything surrounding it makes you wanna sing along, dance and dream away the night... and we didn t get to the break and the strings yet ... yes, there will be strings. so get ready and breathe in 11 minutes of deep feelings and emotions! on b1 is a remix by marek hemmann, who had great impact with his productions and remixes on labels such as freude am tanzen, raum musik and resopal. you can see how much fun he had working with these vocals!..
albin myers, this is a foo fighters remake blowing up in clublandsidney samson, is the previous n?1 in the dutch charts and now crossing over into europe. john dahlbõck does it again. played by all the big shots. massive daniel bovie remix from this worldwide club classic.

the enclave of both established artists and fresh undiscovered talent whose shared passion of deep underground detroit influenced house and disco are reflected in the quality output you will come to expect from the label. franc spangler, the revenge, zepp001, john daly, alpha child, 6th borough project, tuccifunk and pezzner are just some of the producers creating their work with tender loving care for delusions. dog01 will be setting the standard with the soul part ii from craig smith & the revenge. these boys are currently riding a wave of successful releases, mainly in the form of their disco and boogie edits under their 6th borough project guise on instruments of rapture. here we see them move into original production territory with a bass heavy slice of brooding and grooving floor friendly house but with their own unique twist. tempos are kept low, drums are kept live sounding and the subtle italo synth lines all ensure this track keeps true to their roots in disco. for their 6th borough project dub they dive head first into a slowly building, drum and percussion heavy workout which has a beautiful tension to it. this is music for small basements with big sound systems. finally we have john dalys beautiful interpretation where he opts for a blissed out, understated and hypnotic sound that wraps you up in layers of warm, echoing synths whilst the groove chugs along masterfully. a true mood setter or after hours classic
underground classic trax is a brand new label focused on releasing original material from timeless artists. our releases will be only for djs/limited edition/color vynil no promos. for this 2nd release, we bring you some of the rarest 12 inches around. a side comes up with the amazing pfantasy club a.k.a dj pierre with never give up (circa 1988!), an amazing acid track (one of the first we guess), originally released on dancemania but we brought you the never released no vocals acid mix & obviously, it still sounds fresh & amazing today, pre techno/pre rave & whatever. essential! on a2 & b, we have one of the original house master creator (2nd wave), johnny fiasco with darkness & here i cum (unreleased extended mix) from 1995 when techno was still frightening & underground, real raw ghetto cuts that are still played on heavy rotation by real djs, they use it as secret weapons, nobody knows them really, but now you can grab it.
fortek superstars caie! & lagora join forces on this slammin techno release called dirty wings. caie!s white wings is a rough and nasty percussive dancefloor banger with influences of the 90s tribal scene combined with the wicked tricks of todays techno music. lagora comes with a storming take on black wings. deep basses and fat synth work provide for the perfect party at midnight! last but not least we bring you dirty wings in an amazing remix. byron bogues, head honcho of choke music and eruptive, manoeuvres things into deeper territory. his take on dirty wings is like taking an analogue bubblebath: warm and sexy!

austrian born, munich resident dj enne (aka robert ennemoser) has found favor with both djs and labels alike. following up releases on compost, permanent vacation & others robert turns in a lazy funk, analog disco groover. robert spent several years in milan djing and the vibe obviously left an impression... his pleasant surprise track has just the right mix of laid back beats, mediterranean grooves and dancefloor sensibilities. john selway (one half of legendary nyc duo selway & smith) tackles the deeper side of his personality and nudges up the tempo and grooveology just a notch.
amazing 3cd compilation with full length versions of tracks by john dahlbŠck,basto!,funkerman, ron carroll, sia, arno cost, chuckie, bingo players,deadmau5,laidback luke
techhead recordings proudly presents its 10th release in a row called uber hinaus mythos. the record includes the original track uber hinaus mythos by gabriel ben and 3 remixes made by the likes of marcelinho cic, daniel d and the duo john karagiannis & pay lip service trying to cover sounds of different tastes. an allrounder, but a solid one. first off the original version is a full-throttle techno affair with punchy kicks made by one of the most promising artists in the scene. on the same side the remix by john karagiannis & paylipservice is one more proof of their vigorous and diverse sound. on the other side the remix of marcelinho cic is a very efficient floor-filler track while the driving techno sound of daniel d s remix provide the proper dance-floor material!
