second reference of the spanish label sinerec. this time the hand of german quantec, momentarily abandons those atmospheres characteristics and leads to a more usual forceful style. a very clean and not too much saturation in style chords. spaces warm and very danceable. music definitely cheerful and very valid. with the chemist makes a turn to the more techno sounds where the baseline takes an important character in the composition of the track. depth flotation and lets get wasted, down a bit of character and are ideal companions in the suitcase of a dj for their musicality and cadence that will make sure, wonders on the dance floor.

after a few years of demand for kons rework of spirit of the party (gimmie the night) its finally here, with two other cuts giving us a triple threat 12inch. love x kon the tune is stripped down to the bone, with quite an epic acapella ending. on star of a story kon hones in on the groove and stretches it out a bit. completely fresh takes on 3 classic tunes, exposing and breaking down instrumentation not heard before.

hailing from sunny los angeles, plastic love records kicks off our first release with an ep from label co-boss jimmy maheras. maheras made his debut in 2011 with his space jam ep on the crosstown rebels edit sub-label, rebellion. since then he s released remixes and singles on strainjjur, riff raff, supernature, and left d. maheras s two original tracks showcase his depth with the man from another place being squarely aimed at the big room dance floor and the second track, arecibo, bringing a little kraftwerkesque funk. we ve commissioned timothy j fairplay (crimes of the future) and cottam (aus music / ruff draft) for two very unique remixes. fairplay crunches down the original melody and throws it over the famed amen break to give tmfap a hands in air late night feel while cottam s remix brings the dreamy melody closer to acid with storming late night kick ready to knock down a wall.

the cellar boyz *pay me* is taken from ben cenacs timeless cozmic house ep on thug records. pay me which was recorded in 1986 is the only track from the cozmic house e.p that had available parts. the stems for deeper & deeper, seems to me & who loves you were never recorded. this was due to the fact that all of bens projects through out the 90s were tracked midi only at mix down, with only the vocals being recorded to tape! thug would never have had the opportunity to release ben cenacs cozmic house 12 inch if it had not been for simoncino. simoncino did all the a&r for the record. a gift not only for thug but any fans of ben cenacs amazing productions. with that in mind, simoncino has provided 2 remixed versions of pay me, alongside a remix from close friend nicholas!

this record tells the story of a detroit groove from the perspective of the speaker, taking you through time from luomo s to the hardware syst3m parties, and the first leaky warehouse roof no way back where dean syst3m worked the door, with all the disrespectful nature one would naturally expect from a true detroit groove. created by two veterans of detroit grooves, bmg & derek plaslaiko, who now calls berlin home, in bmgs studio in the center of detroit. this song celebrates some of the out there characters and crazy cowboy outlaws that made this detroit scene happen on the underground level, that made such an impact that is still felt around the world today.

great new four track ep featuring some super cool disco rarities hailing from the islands of the caribbean. worth the price of this 12 inch alone is the fantastic and über-rare *naussaus discos* by mucho plus, an awesome remake of the beginning of the end classic and a floorfiller so in-demand it features in discogs top ten of most expensive records ever sold. this is followed by a great funky steel drum cover of the roy ayers classic *cant you see me* by trinidadian artist boogsie taken from his hard-to-find 1979 lp. next up is *sweetie* by manhattan charlies roots which is a barbadian disco take on bunny macs afro classic *let me love you* and then rounding things up nicely is the super hot *hands up* by casual t, a soulful disco boogie jam originally out on a mega rare jamaican 7 inch. superb!

boston label get on down can always be counted on to produce high quality reissues of hip-hop gems, and of course this album is no exception. lord willin was the acclaimed breakthrough release by virginia duo clipse, featuring rappers pusha t and no malice, backed by the eccentric production of the neptunes. both mcs had past connections to the underground drug world, which influenced the gritty, hard-hitting street rap within. the album also featured guest spots from jadakiss, styles p, nore, fabolous, faith evans, and early-in-their career appearances from sean paul, kelis, and lil wayne. get on down now presents the album, fully re-mastered and re-constructed on double vinyl, after long being out of print in the format.

deadbeat. tikiman. infinity. dub. a quadrangle of such obvious statement and perfect musical inference may very well never have been uttered for those of the wholly weeded out persuasion. indeed, when the great book of dub music is written the names scott monteith and paul st hilaire will undoubtedly figure highly in its chapters devoted to recent years. monteith, the last great prodigal son of the doctrine handed down from the blue mount of lord scratch and king tubby, st hilaire the undisputed voice of a generation, those fanatical warrior monks, followers of the most holy house of ernestus and von oswald incarnate.

next up on magic feet is a release by dark strands. tonys first release came via the first magic feet label sampler. since then his releases have caught the attention of a number of acclaimed djs, with daniel avery citing one of tonys tracks as one of the best he had heard last year. this is tonys first full vinyl release and shows exactly what he is capable of. the title track *return of the oscillator* has had people running to the booth every time its been played from london to croatia, as well as being fully road tested at alfos by sean johnston who also provides a superb remix under his hardway bros guise. the second track *galactic* slows the pace down and is perfect for those warm up sets.

berlin-based staffan linzatti returns for his second release on chronicle with another uncompromising selection of linear techno constructions sculpted with an unfaltering vision of how hypnotic body music can transcend simple rhythmic needs. icy atmospherics and razor-sharp production make for one of the strongest manifestations of linzattis distinctive sound in a career bristling with standout releases for labels such as stockholm ltd, balans, and his own searchlights records.
