the last untitled future times white label release arrived in 2012, a record that we now know, thanks to the eagle-eyed searchers of discogs, featured a hunee edit of re-mida by don carlos. we dont know what kind of material features on this new untitled release from the label, but the bumping hip house rhythm and vocal combo and lush 80s analogue bassline suggests some kind of vintage material has gone under the knife to create this track. regardless, this one-sided 12inch is another essential cut from the dc-based operation.

legowelt returns to unknown to the unknown for another bunch of wonderful excursions through obsolete musical technology under the banner sampling winter. leading with the title track, this finds danny wolfers on a soulful and deep house vibe with a wandering and mesmerising melody, warm pads and super shuffling garage style rhythm. on the flip is �beach oceano� which is equally rich in soulfulness but more on the deeper techno vibe, with its sharp and hypnotising arpeggio backed by galactic melodies and glistening pads. all accentuated by analogue tape hiss in the background. this is raw!

the new local happening in tulum comunite launches its very own imprint featuring a mexican unknown entity, providing two dubbed-out house workouts in addition to a remix by one of romania�s front runners, vid. through an accordion-like melody �untitled a� takes the listener to a melancholic journey into the latin bathed beatwork of the producer, while �untitled b� explores the mystical approach of the artist through gregorian chants over a techno drum base � this clearly portraying the dynamism that both the label/gathering and the producer offers its audience. vid steps up on the remix duties with a power-up version of �untitled b�, exploring and experimenting with the rhythmical narrative the original mix offers. overall, comunite�s debut pressing is clearly a demonstration of a new wave of producers and ideals coming from one of latin america�s hotbeds for art.
