zarenzeit is a band project by the label owners with lead keyboarder and producer george btp, also known as allstarr motomusic or dan piu. after several live projects back in the 90ies, the band releases its first full album as black inside with vocalist debra jones davis and sarignia bonfà. the lp infuses deep soulful house and 80ies funk elements, starting with the ambient house drift of time travel, which soon settles into a classic rare synth pop as 2souls, 1heart, while let them know they won blasts more into the spacy and light dancefloor. sarignia s lovely gospel version of talk about a child, ends the album on a spare, but no less grooving, note. quality house music not only for adults.

literary all the granny smith apple trees grown today, from uruguay to hokaido, are clones from mrs. smith�s original tree in sydney. bananas, oranges, watermelons, garlic & other fruits of daily delight are routinely replicated without any input of external ideas - i.e., they are cloned. there is no general ethical or aesthetic decision to be formed about clones, since you have already imbibed them ever since your first bite. thus, you are not in a neutral or otherwise preliminary position, but already involved, kneedeep.

the true techno dream team of dubfire & oliver huntemann revisit their elements project from a few years ago with a new series of killer remixes, ahead of a retrospective album coming later in the year. terra - originally released in 2011, did all sorts of damage to dance-floors across the globe. now, its all set to do it again thanks to this joseph capriati remix. the italian techno headliner has grown into a major force on the scene in recent years, and here delivers a signature slice of muscular, driving techno - taut, dramatic and devastating. paired with a remix of the now seminal feugo julien jeweils remix also hits the spot - the track received a 2016 overhaul with some of jeweils signature flair. the frenchman has been a constant figure on the top of various charts and line ups for some time, and its easy to see why - fuego is stripped back machine funk primed for big systems and even bigger moments.
