disclosures new single >latch< stormed out of the blocks and has racked up almost half a million plays across soundcloud since going online last month and we now have the video courtesy of recent collabrators bullion (they produced disclosures first video for their track >control<) which has received over half a million plays since going live on 10th october. latch feat. newcomer sam smith marks the first single for their new label home pmr records (jessie ware, two inch punch, julio bashmore). the brothers recently announced their first london headline show at plan b on december 6th, which sold out almost immediately, with this the boys have lined up their debut national tour culminating in a show at heaven in london which is also sold out.

is it balearic? latest offering is from klik records man glass coffee. disclosures is a hypnotic slice of european deep house. laid back electric pianos and marimbas layered over a tight house groove. dance naked the second track follows the same kind of pattern upping the tempo slightly,building slowly towards a deep bass drop and arped string line. again more trademark layers. full on dancefloor action. the b-side brings one of the greatest italian house producers ever to iib. don carlos remix is really something special. a relentless subby double bass sounding b-line relentlessly underpins this delightfully atmospheric excursion into deepness. the coyote remix slows down the pace and dons its flip flops for a little tropical shuffling. iib hitting the spot again.

located in toronto, forth is a collective of individuals who care deeply about music and its community. having started out throwing diy style raves, they soon became inspired by the city’s hunger for self-expression and the need for a local space that could offer artists a platform for their vision.

for our first vinyl release emiel zwart has produced 3 tracks and the guys from twr72 (amsterdam, nl) are on remix duty. at the end they managed to create an ep with a great diversity of pure quality techno tracks. erratic sidewalk and thymine with a lightly rawer and harder feel compared to disclosure with a more melodic and hypnotic approach. the remix is built on a continuous driving rhythm with a steady bassline as you can expect from the guys from twr72.
multi-faceted canadian artist james teej drops his second lp, eight bit ocean on sashas last night on earth imprint. releasing his first james teej singles in 2008, teej has since become a firm fixture on the electronic music circuit with releases for we play house, rebirth, supernature and no.19 music as well as a debut lp on radio slaves rekids in 2010 entitled evening harvest. since then, teej has joined old friends jared simms and voytek korab to become one third of my favorite robot, an act which is steadily becoming another of torontos break-outs via tracks and remixes for visionquest and crosstown rebels as well as their own highly regarded my favorite robot records.
