From field recording to analog machines, sound design and acoustic instruments. - Reflecting on the sounds of our lives and their perception by our mind, - Four - Ghosts - were born. - The spontaneous realisation of an emotional connexion with a sound (the birth) and the feeling it can create in our mind, body and soul. (the story) First, the ghost is born, acknowledged and captured: Rain falling, airplane passing by, metal grinding, underwater impacts, birds in empty spaces or other sources of raw sounds combined to form a spectrum of emotions, a personality. Then, the ghost is understood, carefully tamed, manipulated and controlled to become part of the host s identity by the pure continuity of the cerebral activity through the nervous system and the being itself. Eventually the consciousness / awareness of the moment is integrated and the ghost becomes the experience. (the source)
