TK is a founding member of DJ and production collective 40 Thieves (Smash Hit Music/Rong/Permanent Vacation), LA’s infamous Hot Biscuit parties and SF’s Gun Club events, Travis brings a deep knowledge of and respect for music to his gigs. Travis is a DJ, yes, but forget for one second what you know or think about DJs because we’re talking about an unconventional one right now; a real selector in the classic sense. Over the years, TK has played alongside some of dance music’s biggest names, from Optimo to Jeff Mills and Pal Joey to Prins Thomas. Alexandre is a classically trained, multi instrument, musician 20 years in the making. With deeply embedded roots in funk and disco and his combined love for techno and electronic music Alexandre has always liked to push the envelope any chance he gets. Borderless improvisation, making music fast, keeping it movin and lettin your wings fly are all life mottos he firmly lives by … These days Alexandre founded one of the world’s most legendary all night dance parties named MAKING SHAPES playing along side guest like Maurice Fulton, Thomas of Rub n Tug, Simian Mobile Disco, DJ Kaos and many other class acts.
