A coming together musically in early 2006 when acclaimed roots and dub vocalist Ghetto Priest(On U Sound, African Head Charge, Concscious Sounds)first heard the seductive, leftfield beats from Prague based producer James Baseley(Kid Ringo).The track >Life< was born, with Ghetto Priest penning the emotive and conscious lyrics. Not content with their own musical vision some further fuel was added to the fire from a clutch of remixes from czech nu jazz maestro Boris Carloff and Czech brokenbeat pioneer DJ Blue from Eclectica(Pragues only real bruk up club night!)The pairs debut release for Red Salamanda marks a return to the surface for the Prague based label, who have been lying low biding their time of late.
