while dj-ing at a party in slovenia glenn wilson met up with producer mike humphries and realised they had similar music & production tastes & set up punish records which they use to release most of there own productions. the raw edgy techno it was releasing soon got noticed by the likes of dj rush and dave clarke just to mention a few, and with the classic punish 4 release aural exciter the label truly got accepted as one of the great uk techno labels. infact the label went on to be the outlet for glenns debut album entitled nightshift which was true to the raw techno vibe the label had become famous for. 2010 sees the labels return with a classic heavyweight release. glenn wilson & mike humphries - aural exciter the remixes which has been remixed by the likes of adam jay, kimono, mattias fridell, submerge & virgil enzinger..

glenn wilson joined forces with hardsignal recordings (dj pauze & patrick dsp) to relaunch his legendary label compound in 2008. marking the return to true hard techno, glenn wilson himself is responsible for the productions on this massive release. he proves still to be an upfront producer - a lot more great releases can be expected of compound the coming years!

label owner glenn wilson kicks of his 2006 assault by teaming up with stockholm new breed manuel fuentes. a1 sees glenn lay down a slamming stripped down twisted fat cut, >make um clap< which rips through some analogue sequences and pitched voxs, while keeping some solid twisted funky edits this cuts never eases up from start to finnish, manuel pumps the b1 with unity a fierce slammer which breaks down into nice grooves while layered with funky drums and percussion. glenns >we got too< cut, completes the release with once again a tough voxed workout appealing to the harder funk mob
